Tracy joined the Foundation Board in 2014 serving in various roles including Treasurer, Co-President and Liaison to the After School Matters program. Tracy has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master of Taxation degree from Georgia State University. Tracy has been a CPA since 1991.   After spending 11 years working in public accounting and 10 years in the corporate tax department at Bellsouth, Tracy retired from public practice in 2006 but has continued working as a self- employed CPA.  Tracy served on the PTSAs at both Simpson Elementary and Pinckneyville Middle School in various roles including President & Treasurer, on the Pinckneyville School Council 2011 – 2014.  Tracy served as Co-Chair of Membership for the Norcross High School PTSA, and President of the Norcross PHD Running Club (XC Boosters).  Tracy is married to Pat O’Leary and has lived in the Peachtree Corners community since 1994.  The O’Learys have two sons, Michael who graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2014 and Colin who graduated from the Terry School of Business at UGA in 2016 (Master of Accountancy, 2017).  Their daughter Maggie is a 2018 graduate of Norcross High School and a 2022 graduate of the Terry School of Business at UGA.
