Engineering Room Renovation
In December, Mr. Bishop announced the capital campaign for the Foundation. For the 2021-2022 school year, the Foundation will fund the furnishing of a new multi-purpose space at NHS. When the current NHS location was built in 2001, the space functioned as an engineering room with many individual workspaces. With a move to collaborative education, a need for the 3DE program to have a presentation space, and a need for the school to have a multi-function meeting area, the current space is being remade into a functional work environment for students, staff, and even the community to work collaboratively. Renovations will begin in late spring and are scheduled to be completed by 2022-2023 school year. Be on the lookout for exciting updates as the project progresses.
