After graduating from Norcross High School, Tiffany earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and a JD from Georgia State University College of Law.  Before choosing to spend time at home with her two children, Grant (NHS Class of 2024) and Molly (NHS Class of 2025), Tiffany served as a staff attorney in Dekalb County Superior Court and worked in private practice.  Grant and Molly have attended Gwinnett County Public Schools since kindergarten.  Tiffany enjoyed her time volunteering at Simpson Elementary so much she decided to make it official and joined the staff at Simpson in 2014.  She has served on the PTA and School Council at Simpson Elementary and has served on the PTSA and School Council at Pinckneyville Middle.  The Ellner family has lived in Peachtree Corners since 2003 and they are members at Simpsonwood UMC.
